Hemorrhoid
treatment
Bleeding hemorrhoids
treatment is never fast, but you can apply several methods to help
your body heal faster.
- First you have to
soften your stool to avoid damage done to your colon by hard,
pallet like stool. This will help damaged tissue to heal faster and
stop the rectal bleeding, it is important for internal bleeding
hemorrhoids as well as for external.
- Avoid using paper, use
moist wipes like Tucks, or better yet wash up after the bowel
movement. This is specially important for external hemorrhoids as
most of the rectal bleeding in this case comes from mechanical
damage done by wiping, you could also try to use soft, cotton
underwear.
- Use suppositories and
creams to sped up healing as well as for lubrication, it will help
you pass the stool easier.
